Cheyenne, I think you might have us confused with another company. After you booked your order with us, we noticed that you were also booked with another company and tried to reach you to talk about this as it violates our contract, but we couldn't reach you so we cancelled your order. No money was ever charged and we had until 7/3 to pick up your vehicle. Your order wasn't even booked until the day before you left this review. If you have any issues, please call us to discuss them personally so we can identify the problem and do what we can to make it right.
