I originally had been working with another shipping company. After a few days going by without receiving any feedback, I reached out to Easy Auto Ship for a quote to ship a vehicle from Jefferson City, Mo to Atlanta, Ga. I received a personal reply back from Lindsay within a reasonable amount of time. When I spoke with Lindsay on the phone, she was very knowledgeable, friendly, and was more than willing to assist. She was able to answer every question and addressed any concern I had. I explained that I was flexible on the transport date but could move as soon as the same day. After we hung up, within a couple hours, Lindsay confirmed they had an assigned driver that could pick up the vehicle that evening and would drive through the night to deliver the vehicle the next day. I was very impressed how quickly they acted and got things in motion. The delivery was smooth and the driver was very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful experience with Easy Auto Ship and will definitely consider them again the next time I need to transport a vehicle. Thank you for the excellent service and going over the top!
