Gary at EasyAutoShip was almost ALWAYS available via email, SMS and phone. I don't think I ever called when he didn't pick up immediately, and I was high maintenance. His explanation of the process was extremely good as well. EasyAutoShip also uses technology effectively and stays appropriately in touch via SMS and email. Payment was easy, too. The actual hauler was a little optimistic on timing and ended up being a couple days late. But I still had my vehicle within 5 days of signing the contract and this was NOT an easy route (TN to VT). The driver was reachable, reasonably communicative and was driving a rig that was clearly in decent shape. Do yourself a favor - don't even bother with the brokers that are offering cut rates. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I can't emphasize enough how pleasantly surprised I was with the experience. Thank you, Gary!
