My personal experience with this transporter was a complete nightmare. I missed the closing of my house because of I was waiting for them to pick up my car. My car were suppose to be picked up between the 29 of Aug and 3rd of Sept. Of course my car was not picked up and did not get any courtesy call at all. Call and I was told that due to the bad weather and floods, transporter were not able to drive through the east coast. Then I was told that the following week shouldn't be a problem. I finally got an email saying a driver was assigned on the 7th of Sept but the driver never called or showed up. again no call or calls or even an email from the company. I waited until the 10th of Sept then I got fed up and told the company to cancel it. I took my car and drove and totally miss the closing of my house because I waited and waited for the driver to show up. I am in the military and almost missed my reporting date. I had to cancel my flight and had to pay $150 in doing so.

So do your homework. Low price is not always good. Read the reviews and call other company that is willing to call and explain things to you.

I will never use or refer this company to any of my fellow Soldiers or friends. Bottom line, do your homework.
