Well this was my first experience having a car (2011 New Ford) tranported, So many companies out there doing the same thing and I chose Easy Car Move for the simplicity and value from the simple contract exactly as described and as quoted and to the value compared with a dozen other companies I compared them to. Kirby was my contact agent answered all my questions fully I just simply cofirmed my quote and within 24 hours my vehicle was assigned to a driver (Mario) he was unable to pick my car up on time only because the vehicle pickup prior to mine was NOT ready to go ( let that be a lesson to those who read my review, HAVE YOUR CAR READY FOR TRANSPORT) and as as a result caused my delay but it was still delivered within the overall time frame quoted to me (7-10 days from pickup to delivery) pickup was Wed. and delivered the following Thurs. 8 days total. The car also arrived in excellent condition aside from some road grime (due to snow fall that day) I gave the driver( Mario) a tip along with some fresh pizza and cannolies for his travels. My only suggestion would be that if there was a way to track my vehicle from pickup to delivery it would have saved a couple phone calls otherwise I would absolutely use them again. GREAT JOB!!!! Thank you to all involved.
