I can't say much for the actual move, because my experience was just a deposit, a reservation and a ridiculous 25 cancellation fee all inside of 20 hour span. They had the lowest rate at 745 but I decided to go another route and wanted to cancel my reservation. I tried calling 5 times but kept getting voice mail. Then I emailed them and received a response from Kirby. He let me know there would be a 25 dollar fee, which is ridiculous, because they didn't do anything. So I looked to see where in their terms and conditions did it say say that there was a cancellation fee, and saw this:

10. Payment of Deposit made in full by Customer prior to TTS arranging for pick-up of the vehicle(s). Customer may cancel the order for a full refund any time prior to TTS scheduling a carrier for pick-up. Once customer is provided a scheduled pick-up date for their vehicle(s), they may still cancel prior to pick-up for a full refund less $250.

He sent me this:

Transport Service Agreement:

"3. TTS INC. agrees to provide a carrier to transport your vehicle as promptly as possible in accordance with your instructions but cannot guarantee pick-up or delivery on a specified date or time unless specific prior arrangements have been made. TTS INC. reserves the right to reject any order and will refund the deposit in full minus a $25-$50 cancellation fee if the order is cancelled."

To there credit their website has been updated, but they still charged me a 25 dollar fee for doing nothing.
hence the bad review. Customer service there is sad.
