Pick-up and delivery was super fast. Just a day after I gave the go-ahead my car was picked up in California and brought to New York within 4 days. Pick-up and delivery door-to-door. Everything worked very well at a good price. Only downside: carrier still tried to convince me to bring my car and to pick it up (but if you insist on the door-to-door delivery for which you have paid, they will do it); it seems that they were driving around a bit with the car to get it from where the truck picked it up and delivered the car; you have to trust your carrier because you do not get a lot of information on where the car actually is, who the person picking it up and delivering is etc. - some update emails while the car is in transit would be nice.
