This is the worst ever experience I have had with any company. They accepted my order at a quote price & for a time interval of 5 days max. They refused to answer any of my calls or reply to any of my emails during these 5 days. At the end of 5 days Mr. Kirby called me asking for MORE MONEY to ship the car than I had placed the order for & EXTRA week to schedule pick up. I agreed as I had already lost 5 days & it was Christmas by then. But that wasn’t enough for Mr. Kirby's vindictive vengeance; he threatened to hold my car till I remove the review I had posted earlier criticizing his customer service. I wanted my car shipped to me before I would consider doing anything with my review. At this he forcefully cancelled my order & hung up on me saying I had lost myself $150 cancellation FEE. Cancellation fee without ever scheduling my pick up? He has not responded to either my mails or calls since then. The call is always forwarded to after hours answering machine even during work hours mentioned on their website. I had posted this review earlier, but Mr. Kirby or someone on his behalf has been MISUSING my personal information & posting reviewing using my email address & quote ID. I can only hope others can learn from my mistake & horrendous experience of dealing with Mr. Kirby & stay away & keep their money & cars safe. I already have a BBB complaint filed for this company & am hoping this reaches the owners of this company.
