Did a better job than the company we've been using for the prior 4 years- I felt llike a more valued customer here. We like to book a month in advance and my other co took the order but then didn't follow thru. Judy tells me the way things really work in the industry is that even if you're a nervous plan-ahead type like me, drivers are hard to lock in more than 10 days in advance unless a co is large enough to have very regular and predictable high volume of shipments on a route. I appreciate the honesty and knowing how things REAALLY work. Trustworthy. Got the job done in 3 days from Chicago to ft Lauderdale. I will start using them now regularly.
