I have never shipped a vehicle before and eBid Transport was one of multiple shipping companies to contact me. Danielle at eBid Transport thoroughly explained the shipping bid process, expected costs and delivery timing and answered all of my newbie shipping questions. Some of the other quotes I received were lower but in the end I chose eBid because their knowledgeable answers and timely responses to my questions showed a high level of customer service even before I agreed to put a car on a trailer. Once the agreement was made eBid quickly located a driver and my car was picked up and delivered on time with constant updates from the driver while en route. In addition, a 5-star excellent rating for the transport company, Nick Freeman of Slick Nick Transport. Will definitely use eBid Transport and Slick Nick Transport again.
