I never been out to the west coast, and I was worried that people there would talk different and act different. But that's nothing; what I was really worried about was packing all my stuff up, and letting strangers take it away and hope that it'll get the California in one piece. Needless to say I was looking for a reputable company. Eco had a great history with the department of transportation, and I liked the reviews I read online. The contract that Sam sent me was written clearly. The movers were professional and quick about their business. No price discrepancy, so that was already a good sign. Delivery was what I was most worried about, must have called in every day. Customer service were always helpful in updating me, and I got the delivery within the window quoted to me. Unpacking everything now and everything looks good.
