I am not lying. DO NOT USE ECO VANLINES. They will cheat you out of your money. They will pull you into using their services by falesly quoting extremely low costs. The larger your move, the lower they quote your per square foot costs. We have tested this. Please, please read all of the negative reviews on this company. Those are the real customers. All of the postive reviews are just employees of Eco. They will seem like a wonderful company until they have your credit card info. Once you have paid a deposit they won't pick up the phone, will be late picking up your things, will raise the price of your move by almost double, and will take over a month to deliver your belongings without any sympathy or explanation. I'm not the only person this has happened to. If you do use them, hope you enjoy sleeping on the floor and having absolutley zero belongings. I beg you to do your research on this company. They have no sense of customer service. They don't care about you AT ALL. They use fake names. There is no management structure. Barely anyone speaks English. They are not eco-friendly at all. They don't provide you with a contract (which is illegal). They basically hire other moving companies to do their work and take all of the money. These other companies are absolutely awful, too! The drivers are rude and throw your things around. Your things will be moved in a diesel truck and will arrive dirty, wet, damaged, or not arrive at all. My things were stacked a mile high with no sense of organization. Fragile boxes were ruined, things were broken. It seems like they are just trying to stay afloat. LET'S NOT USE ECO VANLINES AND SHUT THE COMPANY DOWN FOR GOOD! They are the most unethical company I have ever known.
