I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service. We really don't like to ask customers for more money and we often pay the extra cost ourselves. However, in your case we weren't able to pay the full extra cost so we asked you to pay $200 and we would pay the other $200. I apologize for the inconvenience. Our terms and conditions do not change they are clear on our website.
