Hey KJ, unfortunately we were dispatched your vehicle for pick up and the truck broke down. Once we were able to locate another driver they wanted to charge more money, we only informed you and it was your option. We also told you that we would be picking up $200 of the extra cost if you agreed. I apologize if you misunderstood and I would like to apologize on behalf of everyone here. We are always open and honest with all customers, that is why we put our terms and conditions on our website. Once again, I am sorry your vehicle was not transported smoothly.
