Elite stepped in after another did a price Bait and Switch. Charlie assured me from his first contact they were legitimate and would get my vehicle transported at the quoted price. Elite followed through, responding to every call and concern. My vehicle was delivered in tact just as it was picked up. The driver worked with me above and beyond to deliver my vehicle. I thought it was from my door to my other. But I learned there are delivery yards, which was less than ten miles from my house. So I caused delays for driver. Driver was kind professional and patient even though he was delayed.
