No help with damaged vehicle

My car came in damaged. Body damage, subframe damage. The insurance company for the carrier is denying the claim. The carrier is denying the damage and Elite washed their hands by giving me the carriers insurance information which was outdated. DO NOT USE ELITE or their sub-contractor out of the Denver Colorado area, Monarch Inc.
The owners at Monarch were belligerent and rude, the drivers were incompetent butchers that have left me with thousands of dollars of damage to a classic vehicle.

This is simply not true. The damage was not reported on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. If so this would have been an open shut case. If the carrier's insurance information was outdated, how were you able to file a claim with them as you previously stated? All our carrier's information is updated. If any documents are not our internal system will not allow for us to dispatch the order to them.
