Good Service from Elite Auto Shipper

I would absolutely use Elite Auto Shipper again. Driver was courteous and pleasant...he made the trip in good time. Once dates are decided upon its a relatively easy process to sign some docs online and the trip is arranged. $100 deposit by credit card at the time of filing out the paperwork online. The only challenge I had was that the pickup was originally scheduled for Friday and the driver was unable to make it. However, the car was then picked up the next day and delivered Monday morning (NJ to Atlanta). The balance of the bill is paid to the driver in cash.

In my case the transport was brokered (meaning the trucker is an independent). I've done plenty of freight routing with individual truckers in my past. Sometimes individual brokered truckers do not show when they say they will. As they are not Elite's employees, these are circumstances that are out of Elite's control so its not necessarily a reflection of them. Brokered trucks are very common in the trucking industry - absolutely no reason to shy away from them. I asked Paul at Elite for copy of the carrier's insurance and he provided it.

Elite provided a good service that I would use again without hesitation. I recommend them.
