Dishonest and incompetent

This broker is anything but elite. They were recommended by my mover, and what a disappointment. The carrier they found was unavailable to pick up my car on the date Elite had agreed on. I had to leave my car behind with an acquaintance. They said they would come two days later, and never showed up. A few problems here: 1) Don't promise a date when you have no control over the date - you put everyone in a bad situation- 2) Don't work with unprofessional carriers (J&J Auto, in this case), who do not respond in a timely manner and knows little what's going on with the driver- 3) Pick up the phone when there's an issue - I spoke with Ellen when she was making the sale, but never once afterwards.

I failed to do my research before choosing them. Do NOT let it happen to you.
