After another transport company failed to follow through with their contract, I contacted Elite Auto for their services. Juan worked with me getting my quote and then when we were ready for transport. He was prompt at answering any emails/calls/texts and at dispatching our work order. In less than 24 hours, he had dispatched and assigned a trucker and remained in contact with me until the job was completed. The trucking company they use, Roca Transportation, was just as prompt and professional and provided me updates until they arrived. I would definitely work with Elite and Juan again! He was very professional, prompt and efficient throughout.
