Over 2 week's with no delivery, first truck broke down understandable.. Had to call personally and follow up, several time's left messages without a return call, several text messages without a return.. The "I'm sorry this doesn't normally happen" fell on deaf ears after being told many times. Very unprofessional and not reliable.
