Eithen was good to work with and very flexible with my pick up schedule. He ensured the carrier provides me time to time update on pick up and delivery so I can plan my schedule accordingly.
Only reason this is missing a star is because I was asked to pay $100 more than my agreed upon amount, which was infuriating as I had chosen these guys because of their low price. But Eithen was flexible to find another carrier but still I had to pay $50 more.
