I was told my vehicle would be picked up on Friday. Friday came and went with NO CALL. I called Monday AM and they said truck will be there Monday - again nothing So I called back prior to workday ending. They assured me a truck would be there Wednesday. I called Wednesday late afternoon since I never heard from them and they said the truck is literally within 2 hours of arriving. I have called multiple times since and they put me on hold only to NEVER RETURN. AVOID these jokers!
