Ilya is banned from the LOS ANGELES VPC for spitting on thier floor saying F*** the military and leaving our vechile in the parking lot. He had POA on our vechile didn't even sign one paper said he wasn't paid enough. Even though he charged us an extra 75$ dollars and we had to spend our time going and getting another POA because he was so late to the port. Rude to the people who were storing our vechile and was told to never pick up a car there either. DON'T USE THIS MAN! How can you say F*** the Military when they are the ones fighting for your rights? Also, he is on the black list for Military.
