Aaron said the vehicle would be picked up on 12/22/15 and delivered to my daughter in college on 12/24/15. I was told that the driver would contact me when on his way. I never got a phone call and no one came. I called Aaron repeatedly on his personal cell and at the business number for two days before he answered (by accident because I called from work). He told me the driver should have called and then said the driver's truck had a broken axle and because of the holidays he couldn't ship my vehicle. He offered me a refund and told me to call the next day and speak with "Patty" so she could refund me my money. That was December and I called him today 02/26/16 to ask about my refund. I spoke with Aaron and Rebecca and they were both rude and told me I was not getting my money. I have all the text messages and phone calls from them so we will see.
