Shipping a car is like a bidding war process. After inquiring for quotes from several companies online, you will receive excessive phone calls and emails from brokers. One broker even threatened me that my car wouldn't ship with Elite Transport, obviously they were wrong. We were originally going to ship 1 car but as the pick-up guarantee date approached the 10 day max, I added a second car. I was afraid the quoted rate was too low, but Michael assured me that he will try his best to make it happen. The cars were picked up on the 10th day of my order. Michael was easy to work with and knowledgeable.
Hart Transport picked up the cars on the main road, which I didn't mind driving it there because it was an 18-wheeler and it wouldn't have fit in the neighborhood roads. The cars arrived dusty but is understandable since it was an open carrier. Nothing was stolen or damaged. The arrival was a day late because the driver encountered traffic.
Overall I had an excellent experience with this broker and would do business with again.
