Never picked up-nothing but excuses

Signed the shipping order on 9-25-15. Guaranteed pick-up 1-10 days. Auto available immediately. On 10-01/15 "We are working on finding a truck for you. You car is the only car going on this route so it's a little harder to find a truck. As soon as I find a truck I will let you know." On 10-5-15 " We are doing our best to find a truck for you. Give me few more days please." No reply to 10-9-15 request for update. On 10-12-15 "No we do not have it. We are working on finding a truck for you." ON day 19 I was told by the owner Michael Yuti that the car was in a remote location and no drivers had accepted their offer on the board to pick up. He wanted me to have the seller drive the vehicle around 3 hours south to meet a driver. At that point I decided that the guarantee was worthless. You must read the real fine print. He offered no solution. I booked the vehicle the next day with a reputable broker. The car was picked up on 10-15-15 and delivered on 10-17-15 as promised. Do not do business with Elite.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to move your car and we are very sorry we were unable to meet your expectations. You placed an order with us on 9/24, and on Tuesday 9/29 we found a truck to pick up your car. The trucking company requested an extra $100 because the pick up location is Petoskey MI, a remote area, 3.5 hrs away from where they were located in Flint, MI(the nearest city). You declined paying the extra $100 and requested we find someone at the exact price you had been quoted. We offered you several solutions, including to have your seller meet a driver in Flint MI or even half way, but non of the solutions were to your liking, which we respect and understand. On Monday 10/5/15, day 11, we called you and informed you that we have not been able to find anyone at the price of $465 and that unless we add $100 to your order we would not be able to move your car. You declined adding any money to your order and at this time we informed you that we will cancel your order because we will be unable to move your car. Your order was cancelled Monday 10/5/15 at 12:42pm, 11 days after you placed your order. Sorry but there is no "fine print" to read, you were not charged a deposit. Again, we are sorry that we were unable to find you a carrier at the price we quoted.
