The folks that Emory, particularly Emmy, helped make lemonade from a major lemon I was dealt when the initial trucking company got into an accident while transporting my car from MA to VA. The accident resulted in my car being on the trailer, stuck at a body shop/mechanic in CT for what I was told would be about 2 weeks, which was how long the truck attached to the trailer my car was on, would take to get fixed.
Once we figured out this accident was not going to work for me, Emory found another company, for the same price, and got my car to me a week later. It wasn't the best experience, but they were very responsive and very understanding. Overall, I'm satisfied given the circumstances.
