Yes, they do broker. BUT, I needed some flexibility in the dates, drop off location and pick up times of my transport. I'm sure it was a pain for the team, but no one complained and the driver was on time. At least with the driver I had, he was an enthusiast and really made me feel he'd take care of my baby. Truck was clean and he delivered it prior to when I anticipated. Highly recommend.
Also, I'll note, looking at the other reviews, does it seem fishy to just me that the ONLY 1 star recently was from a guy from which there is NO record of, nor did he respond when questioned by EVT???
