Extremely satisfied with Rena at enterprise auto transport

I recently sent my car from Fl to NH. Initially I booked with Montway. After reading reviews cancelled and went with enterprise. Had serious recent health issues and couldn’t deal with a lot of stress. Rena made my experience stress free. A couple of days before I left I received a call from Montway stating they had a driver for my car I told them I had cancelled and gone with someone else. The said my car was not listed with anyone else. I told them that I had cancelled and not to bother me again. I called Rena, she assured me that my car was posted and not to worry. She said she’d get a driver for me even if she had to credit my broker fee. They picked my car up that same day and I appreciate all that Rena did. I will recommend her to my friends and I want to thank her for her professionalism. Through this process I’ve made a new friend. Rena you’re the best!
