Rena was great. She worked with us to arrange a pickup not in our home location. So we had to be pretty exact about where and when the trucker would get our car. Rena listened to our concerns and explained the process clearly. She explained that most of the "guaranteed" ship-date extra payments were scams. And most brokers have little or no experience, unlike her. She posted our shipment two weeks ahead of time, which allowed her to identify an interested trucker well ahead of the time that the shipment would have gone on "the board." Even better, because the shipment was two weeks out, the cost was over $200 less than if we had waited to a closer date, so she doubly earned her commission for us. The trucker she found (Mike from A1A Transport in MA) was also great. If you find yourself talking to a different rep every time you call a transport broker, then don't bother. Call Rena instead.
