From their site 10/19 "Like we said, these are the basics. The rest, you can leave to us! Our clients can all be rest assured that we are always acting in their best interest. We treat every vehicle like our own, and always deal with carriers that have a rating of 98% and higher" Car was picked up and from that point communication dropped off a cliff. I asked John to help track my car down. He said he would help and I never heard from him again. I had to make several calls to the shipping company to finally get the car. I sent John and email explaining all the issues. Never heard from him. The company they hired had the wrong contact information for me and the guy delivering hardly spoke english. They are just middle men and failed in creating value. I'd NEVER use Envision or recommend them.

Jason, we sincerely apologize for the supposed lack in communication throughout your transport. I don't feel that this situation merits a zero star review on our service. Our record speaks for itself. Clear communication between clients and carriers is always important to us; but we don't believe that a hard working carrier should be criticized if he doesn't speak Perfect english. I personally screened the carrier that was chosen for your transport. They have a 99.3% rating over a 4 year period in which they have been operating 12 trucks. They are a quality company, with an impeccable service record, just like Envision. This transport occured during the week of Thanksgiving, which is one of the busiest times of the year. After we spoke I always made contact with the carrier, requesting that they call you directly before arrival. I apologize if the driver did not call you immediately. In the end, your carrier might have lacked on the communication side, but your new CL500 arrived safely. Thank you for the opportunity to assist you.
