At the request of Steve Andrews, I'd like to share my experience in shipping my newly purchased '68 Mustang to Washington state.
To start, I went online and did a google search for "enclosed auto shipping" and came across a directory that said it would provide me with 10 quotes for the transport. This led me to speak to what seemed like 15-20 different companies...Or I at least received that many phone calls. Steve was actually about the third person to contact me. I could immediately tell that he was very knowledgable about his business. After a few conversations, I decided to contract with his company to move my vehicle.
After I had provided Steve with all of the information he needed, he told me he would begin working on contacting a carrier to pickup my vehicle according to the first available date of 1/5/12. I needed an enclosed shipment for this car, and specifically a truck with a liftgate because of possible clearance issues.
1/5/12 - Steve contacted me and let me know that he had contracted a carrier that met all of our requirements.
1/6/12 - My Mustang was loaded on the truck and I received a confirmation call from my driver, and Steve letting me know it was on the way.
1/10/12 - I called Steve for an update. He was happy to contact my driver and find out an ETA for me. They said it would be approximately another 2 days.
1/12/12 - I received a call from Martin who informed me of a late afternoon delivery time. I hoped he would give me a little bit more advanced notice, but I would be out of work by the time he was going to deliver the vehicle so it really did not pose much of a challenge.
From here I was able to see my vehicle unloaded and went over a thorough inspection before signing my paperwork. Martin was very meticulous on his report and handled the car with care.
I'd like to give my praise to Steve and his team for this great experience. I hope that others will use your service and afford themselves the opportunity to have just as pleasant of an experience.
