After having solicited on-line quotes for auto transport from a rural location in Indiana to metropolitan Boston, I was unindated with shipping quotes. Some were ridiculously high and others were unbelievably low. Some quotes came with great warnings about the 'bait and switch' nature of the auto transport business with claims that they alone (i.e. the company making the quote) were uniquely able willing to operate using good business practices.
Envision Auto Relocation's approach was neither histrionic nor full of dire predictions for not accepting their quote and using their services. Envision's message was: we have been in the business for a long time, we are experienced- but not perfect- and please call Jennifer to talk about (customer) needs.
The price looked reasonable. So I called and spoke to Jennifer. She was upfront and direct. Her appraoch to customer service made the difference to me. I hired Envision.
Jennifer found a driver within two days of deposit and car was on the truck the next day. Took two days to deliver with door to door service. Simple and user-friendly.
I've had more than a couple of cars shipped over the years and Envision did exactly what they said they would do. I also like the idea of a smart, entrepreneurial woman 'making it' in a business full of men.
Simply said, I highly recommend Envision Auto Relocations, Inc. say hello to Jennifer for me!
