This was the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle and found the initial process a bit daunting. I received many quotes, both verbally and via email. She educated me on the process and encouraged me to check the performance ratings of any company I was contemplating using. She told me to feel free to contact her if I had any questions and was always quick to respond when I did. She explained the process completely so that I was comfortable with what to expect and everything went just as she described. Overall I chose Envision due to their excellent performance reviews and Jennifer's professional manner. I would absolutely recommend them to my friends and family and would use them again without hesitation.
