I had a pleasant experience overall, but the delivery was late due to the transporter refusing to take the car the first time due to the clearance of the vehicle off of the ground via the open style 18-wheeler. If the issue would have been brought up to me the first time I could have directed the switch to a different mode of transportation (enclosed, which was more expensive) sooner, and I would have received the vehicle at least 1 day sooner. The crew at envision did work to correct the problem diligently and the mishap was resolved quickly.
