My first contact person was Nisha and she was pleasant and professional. This was my first time transporting a car so i became really anxious when my pickup date came and i did not have a carrier. I even called Nisha on Sunday and she picked the call even though it was her day off and she was in Church, that is how dedicated she was. John however came in to save the day. He called me on Monday and told me that he had a carrier for me and that my car would be picked up in two hours and delivered on Wednesday, which was a pleasant surprise. I had a great experience with Envision and would use them again.
