Extremely positive experience! After reviewing Transport Reviews I selected Envision to call for information about transporting my car. Jennifer, my Envision representative, spoke with me and answered all my questions. She was very courteous, knowledgeable, extremely patient answering all my questions (which were many since this was my first auto transport), and not at all "pushy". She told me when she thought she could have my car picked up & delivered & to let her know if I wanted her to start the process. I was so impressed with Jennifer I called her back and booked with Envision. Within 30 minutes she had arrangements made for my car to be picked up the next day. The pick and delivery went perfectly, the car was undamaged, and the couple boxes I had packed were safely transported. The transport truck appeared well cared for and the driver was very courteous as well. Jennifer was honest (no surprises) and wonderful to work with, totally positive experience!
