I had never shipped my car and I had read some reviews about other companies where people's cars were picked up really late, and I was on a tight schedule so I was really worried about that. I called Michael at least 5 times with various questions and he was always very nice and able to answer my questions. And when my plans changed and I had to push the move date back by a few days he was very accommodating. He sent the information about the company that would actually be moving my car a couple days before my scheduled pick up day. All in all Envision was a great company to work with!
