Envision Auto Relocations was the broker for my auto transport. They were very helpful and prompt in answering my questions. They arranged for another company, Montway Auto Carriers, to transport my car.
There must have been some miscommunication between Envision and Montway about my delivery date, because Montway claimed they weren't aware that I wouldn't be able to receive my car until Tuesday, and it was delivered on Sunday. I'm not sure if Montway or Envision was at fault, but the situation was ultimately resolved.
Envision was helpful in arranging a carrier to transport my car, and the entire process required very little effort on my part. The quote was easy to obtain, the pickup was prompt, and my car made the trip in one undamaged piece.
I just wish they had been crystal clear about my desired delivery date so I could've avoided some hassle on the phone with Montway.
