I have shipped my car before with a different company and had huge issues with timeliness. The driver who was picking up and dropping off my car gave me a four hour window for both times. With Envision, the driver contacted me and gave me a thirty minute window. I was moving, so having that extra time to get things done and not having to wait around for four hours was a huge benefit in my opinion. Also, it was incredibly easy to get ahold of my contact at Envision (Samantha). I could call or email her and get an immediate response about any question I had. She gave me a courtesy call to ensure that everything had gone ok on the day of pick up and the day after my car was delivered. It was a more comfortable experience because of this and it was definitely more personal.
