Until I submitted the order sheet, Anna was helpful, but as soon as I submitted it, I had hard time reaching her. She didn't pick up my call and she only called me back once in five times. I asked my husband to call her from his cell, she picked up, so she intentionally ignored my call.
After requesting my desired pick up date, she started to giving me a wrong information of the date. After three days past my requested pick up date she told me she can't find a trucker, but i couldn't cancel the order since it was after I submitted the order sheet. The trucker never showed up on time at the time of pick up. The delivery was delayed for three days without notice. Also, I chose to pay by credit card and clearly indicated on the order sheet and discussed with Anna over the phone to make sure of the payment process, but she didn't coordinate the payment. I ended up paying by cash and I was over charged for $100. I called her to ask what's going on, but she never returned my call or my email.
Throughout the service of this company, I had to make so many phone calls to get this done and she wasn't helping me when needed. If you are lucky with their trucker selection,you may not have any problem, but if you are unlucky like me, you can expect this company will not give you a good service.
