Gave my car completely dirty and the conditions were extremely cold when the car is was delivered, so I was given a quick tour of the minor marks that were pre-existing on the car and completely masked the convertible top and car with dirt.
After getting a car wash later in the evening , I identified that there was a tear on the convertible top and notified the driver that there was tear on the convertible cloth, I was replied back that , I already signed the paper and it was not there when they delivered it,there are deceptive and dishonest , In my opinion , they should not be in the business, they picked up the car late and delivered the car late, I had to pay 3 days more of car rental due to their delay!
Do not give business to these people , they do not have honesty and integrity in what they do.
Note to customers : Do not sign the sheet until the car was clean, do not care if the driver is missing his deadline and he had to deliver his car to some one, just get your car cleaned, inspect it completely , best thing , avoid these people completely.
