I was having furniture delivered to a rental home in another state and was told the driver would call one hour before delivery so that I could have someone unpack and place he furniture - I had arranged for Estes to unpack and place inside but told they couldn’t do it
The driver did NOT call and left the furniture I
Outside the home I called to check in the order to find out it had been deliver 5 hours earlier TERRIBLE customer service
