Absolutely deplorable . DIDnt provide delivery updates. Showed up with 2 drivers. One had my products on a hand truck the other carried an empty broken pallet off the truck. I told them i didn't need the pallet. The response " its already been used so we can't take it back!" WTH! They deliver wasn't even on the pallet! What kind of delivery service uses the customers home as a drop off for trash! EXTREMELY untimely and unprofessional!
