How do you loose a 400lb swing set?!!

Never in my life have I experienced a shipping company so ill equipped to provide basic service. I ordered a very nice swing set for my five year old daughter to have for the summer. This swing set is a hot item and is rarely in stock. So once I saw my 3 am stalking paid off and it was in stock I jumped at the opportunity to buy it. I received a shipping confirmation from Estes and eagerly awaited for my package to come It never arrived, in fact they lost it! How do you loose a 400lb swing set? This is something that I will never understand and probably have it etched on my tombstone! Even worse the swing set is out of stock again so I can’t even get a replacement. I don’t understand how Estes is still in business, reading the other reviews, they seem to have a long track record of absolutely sucking at delivering packages. I wish Amazon would buy them out so then we could at least have a reliable third party shipper who will get the job done!
