Horrible Incompetant STAY AWAY

My first shipment they received at the local facility in May and it was scheduled for delivery the next day. The next day nothing came so I called them and said I would be happy to bring my truck and pick it up at the dock. They agreed to call me when it was ready for me to pick up. A few days later I called them again and had the same conversation. A few days after that they admitted that they couldn't find my shipment but had received the bill of lading. Claim filed. My second shipment they received a few days ago but hadn't heard anything about a scheduled delivery so I called them. They said it's still on the truck and hasn't been unloaded and would probably be 2 weeks before it was delivered. So it's sitting on a truck 7 miles from my farm but it will be 2 weeks (they think) before it arrives. IF they don't lose it. Again.
