I'm going to 2nd the motion on the 1 star rating. After bumping the range date of delivery for 3 weeks, I stopped checking. Estes finally randomly showed up with the delivery, with no heads up, but we were not home. Estes called and rescheduled for a Thursday the 24th, 9:00-3:00pm. We arranged our work schedules, etc. On that Thursday we received a call that they would deliver the following Tuesday the 29th. So...re-arranged work schedules for Tuesday. Then on Friday the 25th we received a call that they would deliver Saturday morning the 26th. We said "no" because we would not be home on Saturday. In their defense they offered us the first drop off at 8:00am. That was fine. With all of our previous Estes deliveries, the driver has allowed us to back our F-450, tailgate down, just underneath the Estes truck ramp. The driver rolls the load onto the truck with the rolling dolly. This driver refused to "help unload". So he lowered his truck tailgate, rolled the heavy load up and over the curb and down our driveway to set it down. (He would have expended much less energy transferring the load from one tailgate to another!) I'm sure we will be plagued with having to use Estes in Kennesaw again. Not looking forward to it.
