I was a customer of a furniture company who used them. No one ever called to schedule my delivery as I was told. I called Estes twice and got very conflicting information saying my item wasn’t there, couldn’t be released until it was seen, then did schedule for 7/17 and was delivered without my knowledge on 7/14. I was not able to inspect, sign as required by furniture company, they just left it. I wasn’t even home. Knew nothing.
