Evergreen employee recorded the pickup address incorrect, and almost caused the carrier to go to the wrong state. Evergreen also made a mistake on recording information on the delivery end, when they incorrectly recorded the date that the vehicle couldn't be delivered. I mention these mistakes, since they very basic to any company that is supposed to be in the transport business. That is, they should be very consciousness about such things.
