Terrible Customer service and Performance

I contracted with Evergreen for a pick in Rhode Island and delivery to my home in Florida. After 2 weeks and numerous calls to there office I was told by there customer service department that they could not tell me when they would pick up the vehicle. I decided to cancel the order and requested my refund. I was told that my refund would be sent in 30 days. I wrote a review on this web site which obviously was not positive but was factual. They called and asked me to take down the negative review and they would send me the refund ASAP. I agreed and they went ahead and made up some lie about this not being a real order and therefore the review was not appropriate, this could not be further from the truth. They finally sent the refund dated November 3rd. I deposited the check and it "bounced" and the bank would not accept it. Needless to say I am very unhappy with their customer service, there tactic of making promises if I took down the negative review and ultimately I am still out the $659.00. I think this company is a shame and will be filing charges against them to recover my money.

We are sorry Robert. Since we expedited your refund, a check from the wrong account was sent to you. We will overnight a cashier's check to you or do a direct deposit into your bank account.
